I studied at the University of St Andrews (categorically the best university in the world) where I gained a First in Ancient History. I also have a DipHE in Theology.

I am a professional writer, and published my first children's novel, Leda, in 2012. See my website for details of other work I have published. My other interests include films and handicrafts.

I lived for a number of years in Albania and brought home a husband as a souvenir.
